Information on returns and refunds
Our 14-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@miraianime.com. Returns should be shipped to the following address: reso@miraianime.com.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items are not returnable, such as made-to-order products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on promotion, but you can request an exchange for an item of higher value than the item to be returned.
Substitutions
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day reflection period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Furthermore, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
